Ritu Chaudhari focuses on technology industry segments including telecommunications, IT consulting, hardware and software. With over ten years of cross-border search experience covering mainly Singapore, Hong Kong and India she specializes in searches at Vice President and Director levels in Sales and Marketing, Business Development, Technical and general management functions.

Ritu's depth of focus with companies based in Singapore and across Asia Pacific is well regarded, particularly in the Technology sector. Her influential network of contacts and relationships in Asia Pacific have served her well, exemplified by her numerous senior-level placements within both locally based and Fortune 500 companies.

Prior to joining Garner, Ritu was the Regional Consultant for another retained search firm, where she was highly successful in identifying top-notch individuals for critical and strategic positions within the technology and telecom sectors.

Before this Ritu was working as Business Manager for Shell InfoTech where she was a key member in the strategic planning group.

Ritu's formative years were spent in sales and marketing for technology companies in digital imaging.

Ritu has an MBA, with distinction, majoring in Marketing Management with a secondary specialization in Personnel Management. She has served as President of the Management Conceptual Forum as well as Vice President of Dadar Aditya Jyot Junior Chamber.
