Ginnie Tan

Ginnie Tan is the Research Manager and Associate Consultant for Garner International. She is currently performing a dual role of research and client liaison for search assignments across many industries in Singapore and across the region.

Ginnie joined Garner International in 2003 and is a seasoned researcher having entered the headhunting industry in 1999. She honed her specialised research skills in many industries including Engineering, Manufacturing, FMCG, Energy Resources, Hospitality, Healthcare, IT, Property Development, Retail & Transportation, many of which were senior regional searches across the countries of the Asia Pacific region.

Prior to joining Garner International, Ginnie gained more than 3 years of professional experience in Executive Search as a researcher with a boutique headhunting firm. She specialised in recruiting for Multinationals, Small & Medium Enterprises, Government Linked Corporations and major Publicly Listed companies for senior management positions across a broad spectrum of industries.

Ginnie commenced her career in the Banking and Financial Services world concentrating on research in business & the economy.

A graduate from Australia’s Curtin University of Technology with a Degree in Finance & Marketing, Ginnie also holds a Diploma in Banking & Finance from Singapore’s Ngee Ann Polytechnic.
