Andra Chan

Andra Chan is the Executive Search Manager of Garner International Malaysia.

She graduated with a Bachelor degree in Computer Science, majoring in Computer & Mathematics. She started her career as a Software Engineer with a major Banking Solutions provider both in Malaysia and across region. Subsequently, Andra moved on to work on ERP and Document Management Systems. She progressed from Technical Specialist to Project Manager, gaining experience and an understanding of the technical complexities, as well as managing and leading people.

In year 2002, Andra decided to change her career path and enter the sales and marketing arena - building her own team with a network marketing company. Within a short span of time she developed and trained up a large team and achieved outstanding success.

While working with her team in network marketing, Andra discovered her passion is in identifying talent and developing people to be the best that they can be. In order to fulfill this ambition, Andra is now committed to building a career in Executive Search. She is a dedicated networker and passionate about training and helping people grow.
