Position:       Business Development Manager

The Client

Our client is a major conglomerate in the business of inspection, audit, testing and analysis as well as certification spanning all major industries. They are looking for a Business Development Manager, Indonesia.

   
Responsibilities
  • Identifying business opportunity of each of the business line within the company.  Developing new business either by introducing new products or by entering new markets.
  • Developing marketing and sales strategy to increase the market share and profitability.
  • Organizing and controlling implementation of marketing and sales tactics. 
  • Responsible for proposing, developing and implementing marketing plans, research on and developing pricing policy, recommending sales channels, working with business partner to deliver business results.
  • Developing the business lines to identify the potential market, its tendencies, the competitors and the available resource, operating all the necessary sources of information and developing the commercial law actions.
  • Managing and coordinating the management of local and global key account, if any.
  • Playing the role of the commercial interface with clients.  Implementing BV group and BL procedures.
   
Product and Market Development
  • Taking part in the strategic choices of the company to develop specific market at group level, as well as developing skills.
  • Acting as marketing service and competence center for starting countries as well as for global sales activities.
  • Understanding the client’s need and expectation as well as increasing potential business with them.
   
Ideal Candidate
  • A university graduate in Business or Engineering or International Trade.
  • A mature male/female Indonesian and has at least eight years managerial experience.
  • Highly motivated, and goal and result oriented.
  • Has strong business sense, good negotiation and networking skills.
  • Have good command of English, strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Be a proactive executive, independent, dynamic and a team player.
