Nature and aim of the position
The holder of this position is responsible for managing and improving assigned portfolios. |
Main Duties
- Delivery of sales targets assigned
- Delivery of account specific contractual obligations
- Delivery of new business targets
- Customers relationship management
- Brick wall accounts against competitors
- Ensure that all relative information regarding the market and the business trend, be
transmitted to the organization in an updated, qualified and transparent way

Main areas of responsibility
- Achievements of sales targets
- Extend the customers base signing new green field merchants
- Management and conduct of contractual negotiations
- Accurate account management delivering the Sell-OUT objectives:
- First training
- Issuance Ratio management
- Refund Ratio management
- Hit Rate management
- On-going support
- Business Statistics presentation and discussion
- Re-training
- First level support
- Sales collateral in-store
- Execution of Marketing activities at store level
- Accurate commercial and financial Accounts management, initiating corrective actions
if major deviation to plan
- Creation and delivery of Action Plans as MCNC, Marketing, Promotions, Incentives etc.
- Accurate use of CRM

Background and Education |
|
- Genuine sales talent with strong results orientation, passion and determination to reach
the sales targets
- Basic written and spoken English
- Minimum of 5 years Account Management experience ideally in retail/financial services
Specific skills and knowledge
- Self motivated, customer focused and target driven
- Good customer relationship and management
- Negotiation and influencing
- Ability to sell the full products portfolio
- Priority planning
- Ability to use creative solutions to solve problems
- Good knowledge of MS Office products
